This Mid-Century modern architecture home was a full home interior and exterior home remodel. This home features a one-of-a-kind three-level layout design. I was inspired by the existing architectural elements and designed a more modern, masculine, and sophisticated but functional design based on my client’s wishes, needs, and personal characteristics. Dark colors and natural materials represent the masculinity the client was asking for. The basement was designed as an entertaining space and features a bar, fireplace, pool table, and lots of storage for collectibles. Elegant plumbing finishes, a custom wood paneling design, and dark tile create the perfect elegant wellness master bathroom oasis. Dark wood stain for the existing ceiling and column paneling was chosen to bring a more dramatic look to the interior and exterior patio areas. The exterior work included choosing a new stucco color and finish. Decorative tile on the exterior façade, redesign of exterior entry staircase, new entry gate design, and finish selection, patio ceiling stain, exterior light fixture selection, and relocation. The outdoors was designed for entertainment and family gatherings.
