Encino, CA

Project Description

A warm, and modern design that features 12’ tall windows all around to create that close connection to the outdoors and bring in the natural sunlight, all day long. The 20’ pocket doors in the kitchen/ main living area and the neutral color of the tile flooring that continues seamlessly to the outside patio, create a perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. The open staircase, oak wooden wrapped steps, and glass railing design connect the first floor to the second where oak hardwood flooring continues and bring the necessary coziness to the bedroom spaces.
To create that absolute connection to nature and visual lightness, neutral colors and natural materials for custom millwork in the kitchen and bathrooms, etc., were used all throughout the home.

The vast high ceilings and LED cove lighting bring a warm and relaxing ambiance to the vast interior setting. A spa-like experience brings the master bedroom with open access to the en-suite bathroom. This area of the home features a two-sided fireplace visible both from the master bath and bedroom.
