While building these two houses adjacent to each other in the year 2018, both were driven by the intention to create a more updated, and sophisticated cape cod interior and exterior design, that visually differentiates from the ones that you can commonly find in Los Angeles. While the cape cod style is featured in light and airy colors, I have used darker accents, materials, and unique custom wood paneling designs that uplift the usual cape cod design style and create a one-of-a-kind eclectic cape cod feel.
